Preznt Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NexC Solutions LLC ("NexC Solutions", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information in connection with Preznt, our workforce time tracking and attendance application for iOS, Android, and related web or cloud services.

Preznt is a product of NexC Solutions LLC. NexC Solutions LLC is the developer and publisher of Preznt. If you use Preznt through your employer or company, that organization may also control or access certain work-related records as described below.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on your role, company configuration, and app usage, Preznt may collect the following categories of information:

2. How We Use Information

3. Employer and Company Access

If your Preznt account is connected to an employer or company, authorized administrators, supervisors, managers, or company representatives may access work-related records associated with your account. This may include time records, GPS verification data, photo evidence, notes, worksite information, attendance status, and account details needed to manage the workforce.

Your employer or company may have its own privacy, employment, workplace monitoring, retention, and data access policies. Please contact your employer or company administrator for questions about their use of Preznt records.

4. Location Data

Preznt may request access to your device location to verify attendance actions, such as clocking in or out within a permitted work zone. Location data may include GPS coordinates, timestamp, accuracy information, and related worksite or geofence identifiers.

You can control location permissions through your device settings. If you disable location permissions, some Preznt features may not work correctly or your employer may require another verification method.

5. Photos and Work Notes

Photos and notes submitted in Preznt may be visible to authorized company users and may become part of the employer's operational records. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is required for your work and permitted by your company policies.

6. Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to operate Preznt. These may include:

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Preznt.

7. Mobile App Analytics and Diagnostics

In the Preznt mobile app for iOS and Android, we use PostHog to understand how app features are used and to diagnose errors. This PostHog integration is for the mobile app; this section does not describe analytics on the website.

Events configured by Preznt include screens visited and the outcomes of actions such as login, registration, clock-in and clock-out, requests for location permission, and photo evidence uploads. An upload event reports that the action occurred; it does not send the photograph to PostHog.

We may associate these events with internal user and company identifiers. We also send role, language, platform, app version, build number, and environment. For error diagnosis, we send the error type and its technical stack trace, without the original error message.

Events defined by Preznt for PostHog do not include GPS coordinates, photographs, email addresses, names, phone numbers, passwords, notes, or file contents. This statement applies only to those events; Preznt still processes the information described elsewhere in this policy to provide its services.

Separately from Preznt-defined event properties, the PostHog mobile SDK generates an anonymous identifier before a user is identified and adds a session identifier, event timestamp, and unique event identifier. It may also add the app name, package or bundle identifier, app version and build; device manufacturer, model and type; operating system name and version; screen dimensions; device locale and time zone; network connection details; and SDK name and version. On Android, these details may include the user agent and mobile carrier. These SDK-added fields can vary by platform, device, and availability, so this is not an exhaustive list.

When the app communicates with PostHog, PostHog may receive the IP address used for the network request. A project setting to discard IP addresses does not mean an IP address was never processed in transit.

PostHog is the service provider for this processing, and our project is configured in PostHog US Cloud. Session Replay is disabled.

8. Data Storage and Security

Preznt stores data in cloud-based systems. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transmission, access controls, authentication, monitoring, and administrative controls. No internet or cloud service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Data Retention

We retain Preznt data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support employer recordkeeping needs.

Time and attendance records, GPS verification records, photo evidence, notes, audit logs, and company records may be retained for longer periods when required by law, contract, accounting rules, labor recordkeeping obligations, or the employer's retention settings. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it according to our operational procedures.

We also retain mobile app analytics and diagnostic events sent to PostHog for the purposes described in this policy.

10. Account Deletion and Data Requests

You may request deletion of your Preznt account by visiting https://nexcsolutions.com/preznt/account-deletion or contacting privacy@nexcsolutions.com.

If your account is connected to an employer or company, certain work records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, audit, labor, dispute resolution, or employer recordkeeping purposes. In that case, we may delete or deactivate your personal account access while retaining required business records.

11. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information. You may also control certain permissions, including location and notifications, through your device settings.

To make a privacy request, contact privacy@nexcsolutions.com. We may need to verify your identity and account relationship before processing your request.

You may use the same privacy contact to make requests concerning mobile app analytics and diagnostic data sent to PostHog.

12. Children

Preznt is intended for business and workforce use. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

13. International Users

NexC Solutions LLC is based in Tennessee, United States. If you use Preznt outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Mobile app analytics and diagnostic events are sent to our project configured in PostHog US Cloud. If you use Preznt outside the United States, this may involve an international transfer to the United States.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app, email, or other reasonable means.
